Lamisil Cream is used to treat skin irritation and itching caused by different types of fungal skin infections such as fungal infections of the skin, nails, scalp and nails. It contains terbinafine hydrochloride, which belongs to a class of medications called tetracyclines. Terbinafine works by blocking the enzyme squalene 5 alpha-reductase, which converts testosterone into. This action leads to a reduction in the production of a number of chemicals in the body, including immune function, blood sugar and cholesterol levels.
Lamisil Cream is used to treat fungal skin infections caused by the following types of fungi:
Terbinafine Hydrochloride belongs to a class of medications called tetracyclines. It works by inhibiting the activity of squalene 5 alpha-reductase, which converts testosterone into squalene, an inhibitor of cell membrane synthesis. Do not leave any residue on the skin. To make sure you have correctly applied Lamisil Cream you should wear a long-lasting skin cleanser that will keep for 4 weeks. If you are using the cream in a shower, or a bathtub, the cream should be applied after showering.
Lamisil Cream should not be used by children or children under the age of 18 years. Adults and children over the age of 18 years.

The cream is intended for use by adults and children over the age of 18 years. You should wear a long-lasting skin cleanser that will keep for 4 weeks. Apply Lamisil Spray once a day for 7 days
1. Clean and thoroughly dry the affected areas of the skin
2. Hold the bottle upright or upside down, and spray sufficient amount to wet the treatment area thoroughly, covering the affected skin and surrounding area
3. If you need to apply Lamisil® Spray between your toes, fingers or buttocks; under a breast or armpit; or in the groin region, cover the area with gauze after the spray has been applied. This is particularly useful at bedtime.
